Terms and Conditions
Fantasy Strip is an agency for self employed strippers, kissograms, exotic dancers, adult entertainers and singograms and when booked all details will be given to the chosen entertainer, thereafter the contract is between the booker and performer. Therefore Fantasy Strip will not be held responsible for any breach of this contact but we do try to ensure that the contract between booker and entertainer is not broken. All entertainers represented by Fantasy Strip are professional and endeavour to uphold the aforementioned contract.
Fantasy Strip will not be held liable for any damage or loss or injury incurred during a performance by chosen performer, all our performers are well versed in the latest Health and Safety legislation, the booker is responsible for themselves and all members of their party during a performance.
We reserve the right to refuse any venues on personal safety grounds, home visits are not a preferred venue, please contact us to discuss. We also reserve the right to provide any performer with security who must also be permitted to any venue. The safety of our performers is paramount and we would appreciate cooperation in this manner so please do not put a performer in such a situation as to jeopardise their safety.
PLEASE RESPECT ALL PERFORMERS AS THEY ARE THERE FOR YOUR ENTERTAINMENT!!!. Any verbal or physical abuse will NOT be tolerated, any such actions will be taken on the judgement of said performer and the performance will IMMEDIATELY end, Fantasy Strip will not hesitate to involve the police if we feel the law has been broken.
We guarantee to provide the performer you book in the manner you request. In the unlikely event that the chosen performer is not available after the booking has been made an appropriate alternative will be offered, if this is not satisfactory then any fees already paid will be refunded.
We may ask for a minimum deposit of £30, the outstanding balance to be paid in cash to the performer at the beginning of the night prior to their performance. Please check with the venue beforehand that the level of performance will be acceptable.If asked to terminate the performance due to whatever reason the full deposit fee is non refundable.
All our performers are over 18 years of age and as full nudity may be involved then all audience members must be over the age of 18, if any member of the audience is under the age of 18 then they must be removed prior to performance. If during any performance, it comes to the attention of the entertainer that members of the audience are under 18, the performance will cease immediately no matter at what stage again the fee is non refundable.
Fantasy Strip or the entertainer will not be held liable for any acts of god or force majeure.Please respect personal boundaries and do not go beyond what you have been asked to do by the performer.
We would never send out an entertainer who is under the influence of drink or drugs, we would appreciate that no members of the audience are under the influence of drugs or overly inebriated (drunk). In the unlikely event that your entertainer appears to be under the influence of drugs or extremely drunk please do not hesitate to contact us so we can investigate the situation and resolve it to your satisfaction.

By booking a performance you are therefore agreeing to these terms and conditions, a copy of this and a receipt is available on request.
Fantasy Strip Agency is not responsible for there acts tax (es) and National Insurance Contributation
It is the sole responsibility of the artist (s) to declare their own tax (es) National Insurance Contributations and workers compensation.
Fantasy Strip Agency is an introduction Agency,therefore the contract is between the artist and client.
If cancelling one of our acts within 14 days prior to the event the full fee must be paid by cheque,postal order or Nochex payment.
